End‑User License Agreement (EULA)

License

Subject to these terms, Tool’Ami grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Apple‑branded products you own or control in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Scope of Use

• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
• You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the app or any part thereof.
• Use of the app is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and App Store policies.

Maintenance and Support

Tool’Ami is responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app as required by applicable law or App Store policy.

Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” and any implied warranties are disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any).

Product Claims

Tool’Ami, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection.

Third‑Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce its terms.
