By accessing and using Tool'Ami, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Tool'Ami for personal and commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. Service Description

Tool'Ami provides:

• QR code business card generation
• Document scanning with OCR
• Voice-to-email transcription
• Email sending capabilities

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service lawfully and ethically
• Not interfere with service operation
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscription and Payment

Tool'Ami is offered as a subscription service at €6.99 per month. Billing is handled through Apple's App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

All subscriptions include:

• Unlimited scans and emails
• All premium features
• Priority support

6. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance or other reasons.

8. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the content you create and share using Tool'Ami. You must not use the service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or harmful code

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tool'Ami makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

10. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Tool'Ami or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Tool'Ami.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tool'Ami harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use Tool'Ami after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
