By downloading, accessing, or using Tool’Ami, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Subscription and Billing

• Tool’Ami offers a free 7‑day trial, followed by a subscription of €6.99/month.
• Billing and payment are handled by the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Prices may vary by region and currency.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Tool’Ami to collect or process unlawful content or to infringe on others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the app or its backend services.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of content you capture and send.

Intellectual Property

Tool’Ami, including its design, trademarks, and content, is owned by its respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant any license except the limited rights needed to use the app as intended.

Third‑Party Services

Tool’Ami uses service providers to deliver features (for example: transcription, processing, and email sending). Your use of the app constitutes consent to this processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Tool’Ami is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error‑free. AI‑generated outputs may contain errors; review before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tool’Ami and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Tool’Ami if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
